Yoga Nidra Meditation
When: Sunday, November 27 6:30pm
Yoga nidra is the practice of psychic sleep. It’s not an asana (posture), but a conscious state that flirts on the border of sleep. Deep transformation can happen in yoga nidra because you can permeate into the subconscious through the practice, bringing powerful potential for healing and self-growth. During this 60-minute class, students will be invited to lay into a comfortable position with their eyes closed. I will then take you on a journey of deep relaxation as I guide your awareness throughout your body, breath, senses and emotions.
Comfortable clothing is highly encouraged. We have props in the studio but feel free to bring your own bolsters, pillows, blankets, etc.
